Amit Sharma found himself attracted to the field of law right from his childhood and drew himself directly out of Higher Secondary School to the law field and did his Bachelor of Socio Legal Bachelor of Law (B.S.L. LL.B) in year 2002 from ILS Law College, University of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Got enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council in the year 2003 and started his law practice in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Shortly, established himself as a prominent lawyer in all branches of law. Became Advocate-on-Record in Supreme Court of India in the year 2010. Awarded Silver medal by the Chief Justice of India for securing 2nd Rank in the Advocate-on-Record examination conducted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Has successfully argued many cases before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India besides being associated with many important cases of the Country. Has many reported judgments including Constitutional Bench decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India under his name. Is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, Advocates Association Patna High Court, Advocates Association, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi. Standing Counsel for the Election Commission of India (ECI), Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. (BCCL), Delhi State Election Commission, Central Coal Fields Ltd. (CCL), National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) & Government of India (Panel A) and represents them before various High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Gurusharan Sharma, S/o Late Giriwardari Sharma did his Bachelor of Law in year 1965. On 23.08.1966, was enrolled as an Advocate in Bihar State Bar Council and started his law practice in Patna High Court. Shortly, established himself as a prominent lawyer in all branches of law, specially on the Civil side. On 19.10.1992, was elevated and joined as a permanent Judge of the Hon'ble Patna High Court. By Notification dated 14th November 2000, became Judge of Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court w.e.f. 15th November 2000. Appointed Chairman to head an Enquiry Commission pertaining to ‘Bagdigi Coal Mine’ accident by Government of India. Headed State Juvenile Justice Selection Committee & Fee Committee for Private Institutes in the State of Jharkhand. Appointed, President of Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in the year 2006. His experience as a Judge of Hon’ble High Court of Patna & Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand as well as President of the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission provides a wealth of knowledge & experience, not only of the law, but how the justice system works.
